  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/4 lb. sharp cheese, crumbled
  • 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar (4 oz.)
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • finely snipped parsley

Directions

    Beat cheeses until fluffy.

    Beat in onion and Worcestershire sauce.

    Cover and chill 3 to 4 hours.

    Mold cheese in a large ball.

    Roll in parsley or pecans.

    I usually use pecans.
