  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened at room temperature
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. dehydrated onion flakes
  • 1/3 c. confectioners sugar (optional)
  • 2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Mix together cream cheese, drained pineapple, mayonnaise and dehydrated onions.

    Add confectioners sugar, if you like a sweeter cheese ball.

    Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

    Shape into 2 balls.

    Roll in chopped pecans until ball is covered.
