  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 2 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 2 tsp. minced onion
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt

Directions

    Soften cream cheese.

    Drain pineapple.

    Mix all ingredients, except 1 cup pecans, by hand.

    Form ball; roll in pecans.

    Chill until firm.
