  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • dash of garlic salt
  • 2 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 6 dashes hot sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. salad dressing
  • 2 Tbsp. horseradish
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • sprinkle of Accent

Directions

    Have cheese at room temperature.

    Cream softened cream cheese and blend with grated Cheddar and other ingredients.

    Roll into two balls.

    Roll in pecans (crushed) and refrigerate.

    Remove from refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving.
