- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
- 8 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Soften cream cheese.

2Add pineapple, salt, onion, pepper and 1 cup nuts.

3Shape into ball and cool overnight.

4Roll in remaining nuts.

5This ball can be re-shaped after use and stored in the refrigerator for over a week.
