  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
  • 8 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Soften cream cheese.

    Add pineapple, salt, onion, pepper and 1 cup nuts.

    Shape into ball and cool overnight.

    Roll in remaining nuts.

    This ball can be re-shaped after use and stored in the refrigerator for over a week.
