- 1 small onion, chopped fine
- 1 pkg. corned beef, chopped
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Let cheeses get soft (room temperature). Mix all ingredients together; form into a ball and roll in chopped pecans. Refrigerate.
