  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (2 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella
  • 1 (2 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar
  • 1 small onion, chopped fine
  • 1 pkg. corned beef, chopped
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Let cheeses get soft (room temperature). Mix all ingredients together; form into a ball and roll in chopped pecans. Refrigerate.
