  • 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 jars Old English sharp cheese
  • 1 small Blue cheese dip
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • minced onion flakes (equaling 1 whole onion)
  • 1 1/2 c. minced pecans
  • 1/2 c. parsley

    Let the cheeses set out at room temperature to soften.

    Mix the 3 cheeses with Worcestershire sauce, salt and onion flakes thoroughly.

    Combine minced pecans and parsley together.

    Add half of this mixture to the cheese mixture; chill.

    Shape into a ball after chilling, then roll in remaining parsley and pecan mixture.
