  • 2 - 8 oz pkgs cream cheese
  • 2 cups (8 oz) shredded sharp cheddar
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped green pepper
  • 1 tbsp grated onion
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Dash of cayenne
  • Dash of salt
  • Finely chopped pecans

Directions

    Combine softened cream cheese and cheddar cheese, mixing well until blended. Add remaining ingredients except nuts; mix well. Chill. Divide in half and shape into two balls; roll in nuts. Wrap tightly in plastic and refrigerate.
