  • 16 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Finely Grated Onion
  • 2 ounces, weight Cheddar Cheese, Grated
  • 1- 1/2 cup Pecans, Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Parsley
  • Crackers, To Serve

Directions

    In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, onion and cheese.

    Divide it in half and form into 2 balls.

    Roll balls in the chopped pecans and parsley and place them on a plate.

    Refrigerate until ready to serve.

    Serve with crackers.
