- 16 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 lb. bacon
- 1/2 c. chopped green onion
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- chopped nuts or parsley
Directions

1Fry bacon and crumble.

2In a large mixing bowl, combine Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, green onion and bacon.

3Squish it all together with hands until everything is evenly mixed.

4Form into balls, whatever size you prefer.

5Roll the ball in chopped nuts or parsley.

6Keep chilled in refrigerator, until ready to serve, so it becomes firm.

7Serve with your favorite crackers.
