Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 c. chopped pecans (add 1, save 1)
  • 1/4 c. green pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt

Directions

    Soften cream cheese; add rest of ingredients except 1 cup pecans.

    Chill, then form into ball and roll in chopped pecans; chill again.

    Serve with crackers.
