- 12 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 Tbsp. pimento, minced
- 1 Tbsp. green bell pepper, minced
- 1 Tbsp. onion, minced
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Make sure cheese is room temperature.

2Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate so you can shape into balls.

3Use margarine or cooking oil on hands to prevent the mixture from sticking to hands.

4Form into 2 balls.

5Roll in chopped nuts.

6Wrap in waxed paper. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
