  • 12 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar dried beef, cut fine
  • 1 small onion, grated fine
  • dehydrated parsley flakes
  • nuts (optional)

Directions

    Use as much onion as needed to taste.

    Mix first 3 ingredients together.

    Form into a ball.

    Roll on waxed paper covered with parsley flakes.

    Then roll into nuts (optional). Chill and serve with crackers.
