Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. All-Season salt
  • 1 Tbsp. grated minced onion
  • 1 1/2 c. pecans (1/2 in mixture and 1/2 to roll)
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper (optional)

Directions

    Soften cheese.

    Drain pineapple.

    Chop pecans.
  4. 4
    Mix all ingredients, except for 1/2 of the pecans.

    Form into ball and roll in remaining nuts.
