Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 Tbsp. onion, chopped fine
  • 1 Tbsp. seasoning salt
  • 1 c. pecans

Directions

    Let cheese come to room temperature, then mix all ingredients together by hand.

    (Do not use blender or mixer.)

    Chill for 1 hour.

    Roll into a ball and roll in chopped pecans.
  5. 5
    You can also add a few of the chopped pecans to the cheese mix with the other ingredients.
