- 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 5 oz. jar of Old English cheese
- 1/2 5 oz. jar of Roka or blue cheese
- 1/2 c. minced or grated onion
- 1 Tbsp. ground pecans
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- extra ground pecans and parsley to roll balls in

1Have ingredients at room temperature.

2Mash the cheeses with a fork.

3Mix in onion, pecans and parsley.

4Chill for 2 hours. Form into a ball or make small 1 inch balls.

5Roll balls in a mixture of chopped pecans and parsley.

6Put toothpicks in small balls.

7Serve with favorite crackers.
