  • 1 lb. extra sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped parsley or finely chopped nuts

Directions

    In large bowl of mixer, combine cheeses, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper and salt.

    Cream until well blended and smooth. Spoon into a piece of wax paper or plastic wrap and refrigerate. In about 15 minutes, mold into a ball while in paper or plastic wrap.

    Chill.

    To serve, roll in chopped parsley or chopped nuts. Serve with apple wedges and crackers.
