Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (do not soften)
  • 5 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/4 c. each finely chopped bell pepper and onion
  • 2 c. pecans, chopped and separated
  • 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt (add a little more)

Directions

    Whip up cream cheese with fork until creamy.

    Put in all ingredients except 1 cup pecans.

    Mix and form in ball and roll in remaining pecans.

    Wrap in aluminum foil and let set overnight (so flavors will not be so strong).

    Serve with Ritz crackers.
