- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (do not soften)
- 5 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/4 c. each finely chopped bell pepper and onion
- 2 c. pecans, chopped and separated
- 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt (add a little more)
Directions

1Whip up cream cheese with fork until creamy.

2Put in all ingredients except 1 cup pecans.

3Mix and form in ball and roll in remaining pecans.

4Wrap in aluminum foil and let set overnight (so flavors will not be so strong).

5Serve with Ritz crackers.
