- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 5 oz. dried beef
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. onion powder
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Accent
Directions

1Soften cream cheese.

2Shred or chop dried beef in blender. Save out a small portion of the dried beef to roll the cheese ball in.

3Mix all other ingredients and roll into 1 or more cheese balls, depending on the size you prefer.

4Then roll the cheese balls in the remaining dried beef.

5Refrigerate.

6Serve with crackers.
