Ingredients

  • 8 oz. soft Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 oz. Velveeta cheese, shredded
  • 12 oz. cream cheese (Philadelphia)
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. minced onions
  • 1/2 c. well drained crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp. chives
  • salt and pepper (optional)
  • walnuts or pecans
  • 1/2 Tbsp. paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley

Directions

    Mix cheese until blended and smooth.

    Add all but last 3 ingredients and mix.

    Refrigerate until chilled.

    Roll into a ball and roll in nuts, paprika and parsley.

    Wrap in waxed paper and store in refrigerator.

    Serve with crackers.
