- 1 Tbsp. grated onion or onion flakes
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 lb. grated sharp Cheddar
- 1/4 lb. grated Blue cheese
- garlic and Tabasco to season
Directions

1Allow cheeses to come to room temperature.

2Mix all together in large bowl.

3Separate into 2 equal size balls and roll around in your hand until round.

4Roll in parsley flakes or chopped nuts. Wrap in cellophane and refrigerate.
