Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. grated onion or onion flakes
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 lb. grated sharp Cheddar
  • 1/4 lb. grated Blue cheese
  • garlic and Tabasco to season

Directions

    Allow cheeses to come to room temperature.

    Mix all together in large bowl.

    Separate into 2 equal size balls and roll around in your hand until round.

    Roll in parsley flakes or chopped nuts. Wrap in cellophane and refrigerate.
