- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 tsp. parsley flakes
- 4 oz. Blue cheese
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Soften cheeses to room temperature.

2Add onion juice and Worcestershire and blend on low speed in blender until creamy. Cover and chill.

3Shape mixture into large ball.

4Roll in parsley flakes.

5Decorate with olives, pimento, etc.

6(Can also make into little individual balls.)
