  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) block mild Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped bell pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped pimento
  • 1 tsp. finely chopped onion
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 3/4 c. finely chopped pecans

Directions

    Have cream cheese at room temperature.

    Combine with other ingredients except pecans and mix well.

    Chill slightly (can be handled easier).

    Form into a ball or a loaf.

    Put pecans on waxed paper.

    Roll ball or loaf in pecans.

    Wrap and refrigerate.
