- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
- 2 (5 oz.) glasses Old English cheese
- 1 small pkg. Blue cheese, crumbled
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
- dash of salt
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together; whip.

2Set in refrigerator until formable, about 2 hours.

3Mix together 1 cup finely chopped pecans and 1 cup parsley flakes.

4Shape cheese into balls and roll in pecan and parsley mixture.
