Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 10 oz. Longhorn Colby cheese, grated
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 3 Tbsp. dried parsley
  • 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • chopped pecans
  • chopped red and green peppers (optional)
  • chopped green olives (optional)
  • pimento (optional)

Directions

    Mix cheeses together.

    Add onion, parsley, optional ingredients, Tabasco sauce and Worcestershire sauce.

    Mix well; form into balls.

    Roll in chopped pecans.

    Refrigerate 8 hours before serving.
