Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz.) Bleu cheese
  • 2 pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. dried onions
  • 1 1/2 jars sharp cheese
  • 2 c. pecans
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Blend cheeses, onion, Worcestershire sauce and 1 cup pecans. Sprinkle other pecans on wax paper.

    Roll cheese into balls. Cover with nuts.

    Roll in foil and freeze.

    Keep in freezer until 4 hours before serving.
