  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. ground pecans
  • garlic powder to taste
  • 2 tsp. chopped onion tops
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

    Process cheese.

    Add mayo, onion and seasonings.

    Continue to process until fully blended.

    Refrigerate 1/2 hour.

    Process pecan meat.

    Shape cheese mixture into a ball.

    Roll in pecan meat.
