- 1 lb. grated American cheese
- 1 lb. grated hot pepper cheese
- 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- Beau Monde seasoning
- seasoned salt
- dill weed
- Worcestershire sauce
- chopped nuts
Directions

1Use half the American cheese, half the hot pepper cheese and one 8 ounce cream cheese to each cheese ball.

2Mix in spices and season to your own taste.

3Place chopped nuts on plastic wrap. Make cheese into 2 balls and roll in the chopped nuts.

4Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a little while to chill.

5Good with snack crackers or by itself if you like cheese.
