Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese (cold pack)
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 tsp. chopped pimiento
  • 2 tsp. chopped green pepper
  • 2 tsp. chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • chopped nuts

Directions

    Combine Cheddar, softened cream cheese and 2 tablespoons margarine.

    Mix until well blended.

    Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.

    Chill mixture to make more firm.

    Separate mixture in half.

    Form each half into a ball.

    Roll balls in chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts).
