- 1/2 lb. sharp cheese
- 2 c. plain flour
- 2 sticks oleo
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
Directions

1Grate cheese and mix with the oleo.

2Add flour, salt and pepper.

3Mix well.

4I mix with hands as this is a stiff mixture. Form in 1-inch balls.

5Bake about 10 minutes in a 350° oven. Cool.
