- 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 lb. margarine
- 2 c. plain flour
Directions

1Grate cheese; pour melted margarine over cheese.

2Work in flour.

3Roll 1/2 inch thick; cut in 1 inch rounds.

4Bake on ungreased pan at 450° for 10 to 15 minutes.

5(I usually add more flour than recipe calls for.)

6Make a roll of dough; pinch off small amount.

7Roll into ball and flatten with a fork instead of rolling out and using cutter.

8Roll in powdered sugar.

9These are nice on a party buffet.
