- 1 lb. cheese, grated
- 1 lb. plain flour
- 1 lb. butter
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- cayenne pepper to taste
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. melted butter
Directions

1Sift together flour and salt.

2Beat eggs lightly and add to milk and butter.

3Add liquid to dry ingredients and mix until smooth.

4Pour mixture into well buttered cups a little more than half full.

5Place on cookie sheet and place in cold oven.

6Turn oven on to 425° and bake for 1 hour.

7Makes about 8, depending upon the size of your cups.
