  • 2 loaves thin white bread
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/4 c. white sugar
  • 4 sticks margarine

    Cream the cream cheese, egg yolks and sugar.

    Roll bread slices with a rolling pin.

    Spread mixture on bread; roll like jelly roll.

    Dip in melted butter (2 sticks melted at a time). Roll in sugar and cinnamon.

    Bake at 400° for 10 to 15 minutes. Let cool; cut into bite size pieces.
