  • 4 c. sharp grated cheese
  • 3 pkg. finely chopped corned beef
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. hot sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 medium tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 hot chili pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 loaf Italian bread

Directions

    Scoop out center of bread.

    Mix remaining ingredients well. Stuff mixture into center of bread.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serve with corn chips or tortilla chips.
