- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (at room temperature)
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 can crushed pineapple (drain)
- 1/2 c. drained pineapple juice
- 1 egg (divide yolk and white)
Directions

1Unroll crescent rolls to fill bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Seal together by pushing together.

4Beat cream cheese, egg yolk, vanilla, sugar, lemon juice and pineapple juice.

5Spread over rolls.

6Spread crushed pineapple over cream cheese mixture.

10Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
