  • 2 pkg. crescent refrigerator rolls
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (at room temperature)
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (drain)
  • 1/2 c. drained pineapple juice
  • 1 egg (divide yolk and white)

Directions

    Unroll crescent rolls to fill bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Seal together by pushing together.

    Seal seams!

    Beat cream cheese, egg yolk, vanilla, sugar, lemon juice and pineapple juice.

    Spread over rolls.

    Spread crushed pineapple over cream cheese mixture.

    Top with remaining rolls.

    Seal seams.

    Brush with egg whites.

    Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
