  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine
  • 2 c. chopped fresh broccoli or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1 medium green pepper, chopped
  • 1 c. long grain rice
  • 2 1/4 c. water
  • 1 (11 oz.) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

    In wok, melt butter or margarine over medium-high heat. Add celery
