- 2 c. chopped fresh broccoli or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 c. long grain rice
- 2 1/4 c. water
- 1 (11 oz.) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. salt
