  • 22 graham crackers
  • 1 stick butter, soft
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • water and juice
  • 1 large or 2 small pkg. lemon Jell-O
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 large or 2 small pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 can Carnation milk

Directions

    Crush crackers, mix with butter, put in 9-inch pan, brown slightly.

    Drain pineapple, save juice.

    In cup add water to juice to measure 1 cup and put in a pan and bring to a boil.

    Add Jell-O, dissolve thoroughly.

    Add sugar, lemon juice and cream cheese.

    Mix in Jell-O.

    Set back to cool.
