- 4 eggs
- 1 lb. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, except eggs.

2Then add eggs, one at a time, beating after each.

3Pour in spring-form pan (lined with graham cracker crust mixture).

4Start in cold oven.

5When temperature reaches 325°, start timing.

6Bake 1 hour.

7Turn off oven and let cool overnight.
