- 1 lb. cottage cheese
- 1 lb. cream cheese
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 lb. melted butter
- 1 pt. sour cream
Directions

1Cream cheese in a bowl.

2Add sugar gradually beating.

3Add eggs and beat well.

4Beat in lemon juice, vanilla, cornstarch and flour. Add melted butter and mix until smooth.

5Blend in sour cream.

6Pour into a 9-inch or 10-inch spring-form pan (greased).

7Bake in a 325° oven for 1 hour.

8Don't peek.

9Turn off heat and leave cake in oven for 2 hours longer.

10Cool 2 hours at room temperature, then refrigerate.
