- 1 lb. graham crackers, crushed
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 can Milnot evaporated milk, chilled overnight
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 small pkg. lemon jello
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Mix graham crackers and melted margarine; line 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Cream together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.

3Dissolve together jello, boiling water and lemon juice; cool.

4Add jello mixture to cream cheese mixture, then fold in 1 large can Milnot evaporated milk (whipped).

5Pour over graham cracker crust. Sprinkle a few graham cracker crumbs on top.
