  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 pkg. Lorna Doone cookies
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla or almond extract

Directions

    Stir margarine and crushed cookies to make crust.

    Blend and cream first 3 ingredients; put into crust and bake at 350° for 55 minutes.

    Take out of oven and cool.

    Top with canned pie filling (cherries or strawberries); put in refrigerator until cool.
