  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    In a medium bowl, whip the cream cheese until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, then add 2/3 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Continue to whip until smooth and creamy. Pour into graham cracker crust and bake 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from oven and turn oven temperature up to 450°.

    Blend together 1/2 pint sour cream, 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Spread evenly over cheese cake.

    Bake another 10 minutes. Refrigerate immediately.
