- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In a medium bowl, whip the cream cheese until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, then add 2/3 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Continue to whip until smooth and creamy. Pour into graham cracker crust and bake 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from oven and turn oven temperature up to 450°.

3Blend together 1/2 pint sour cream, 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Spread evenly over cheese cake.

4Bake another 10 minutes. Refrigerate immediately.
