- 20 graham crackers, crushed
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 pkg. (small) lemon gelatin
- 1 c. hot water
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 lb. cream cheese
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 large can chilled Milnot *
Directions

1Mix lemon gelatin, hot water and juice of lemon until gelatin is dissolved.

2Cool.

3Cream the cream cheese with sugar; add vanilla.

4Combine gelatin mixture and cheese.

5Whip chilled Milnot and fold into mixture, gently.

6Pour over graham cracker crust. Chill (better if made the day before).

7Serve with whipped cream topping.
