  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 (small) pkg. Cool Whip
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 stick melted butter

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together and pour over a graham cracker crust made of graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
