Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. lemon jello, dissolved in 1 c. hot water and let cool
  • 8 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese (have out of refrigerator so it is soft)
  • 1 c. granulated sugar
  • grated rind of 1 lemon and the juice of the lemon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 can Pet milk

Directions

    Mix cream cheese, sugar, lemon and vanilla together until creamy.
  2. 2
    Pour jello into this mixture and blend together.
  3. 3
    Pour 1 can chilled (very cold) Pet milk into large mixing bowl and whip until very stiff, then fold jello mixture into the whipped Pet milk.
