- 1 1/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, cubed
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
Directions

1Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and butter. Press into bottom and halfway up sides of 9-inch pan.

2In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually add 1 cup sugar, beating until fluffy.

3Add eggs, one at a time, beating until blended.

4Pour into pan.

5Bake in preheated 300° oven for 60 minutes.

6Turn off oven and leave door ajar for 30 to 45 minutes. Remove from oven, cool and then refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.

7When serving, top with desired topping such as cherries or strawberries.
