  • 1 stick butter (room temperature)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 box confectioners sugar (4xxxx)

    Grease a 9 x 13 pan real good. Mix the first 3 ingredients together. Pour in pan (batter will be stiff). Top with the cream cheese, eggs and confectioners sugar mixed together. Bake at 300° for 1 hour.
