  • 2 lb. cream cheese (yes 2 lb., four 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese)
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 2 c. sour cream (1 pt.)
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla

    To soft cream cheese add sugar.

    Add one egg at a time; beat after each egg.

    Add milk; beat.

    Add sour cream; beat.

    Add flour and vanilla; beat.

    Grease a spring-form baking pan.

    Pour in mixed ingredients.

    Bake one (1) hour at 370° or until golden brown. Leave in oven one (1) hour after baked.
