  • 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 6 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 pt. sour cream

Directions

    Mix Ricotta cheese, sugar and cream cheese.

    After mixing, add eggs and beat well.
  3. 3
    Add vanilla, flour and sour cream.

    Beat well. Bake in a buttered spring-form pan at 350° for 1 hour or until done.

    Cool for 1 hour and refrigerate.
