- graham cracker crust
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 eggs, separated
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 pt. sour cream
- grated orange rind
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 pt. heavy cream
Directions

1Let cream cheese soften at room temperature about 2 hours. Cream the cream cheese and sugar.

2Add egg yolks, flour, sour cream, orange rind, vanilla and lemon juice.

3Whip heavy cream and fold into mixture.

4Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.

5Pour into pie crust.

6Bake at 500° for 10 minutes.

7Drop temperature down to 250° for one hour.

8Shut off oven and let cake stay in for another 10 minutes.

9Remove from oven and cool.
